Returns & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with SoapSense. Your satisfaction is our goal. If we have fallen short of our goal, we promise to do everything to correct our short comings, which include a refund, credit to your account or exchange of the unopened product(s) purchase within 20 days from acquisition minus shipping and handling. If product(s) are damaged during shipping, a claim must be filed with the shipper. Soapscense will refund the price of any item you return that meets these conditions.

  • All product(s) returned must include the original package containing the unopened product(s).
  • A return confirmation must be included in the return package (you can receive a return confirmation by contacting us).
  • We ask that the return shipment be sent in the same shipping box and include the same packaging materials as was used for shipping your product(s).
  • All returns must be received in the same state as when shipped.
